"I had a tire pop hitting a curb and wasn’t sure if I had roadside assistance. I called Angela’s office, they answered and gave me the details on my policy, plus the local tow company they use. I was back on the road in less than an hour. SO thankful for a local agent. No waiting on a call center, entering account info, etc. Angela is a real person in St. Joseph that cares!"

"I had put off getting quotes for a new insurance company for at least a year due to my previous hassles in doing so. I was extremely shocked and thrilled at how simple the process was! Within 10 minutes Grace had quotes for me that were $100 less a month for MORE coverage! I was in awe to say the least, my family of 5 thanks you for putting that money back in our pockets when the cost of living is so high! I’m extremely thrilled to be back with State Farm!
